Professional Background
Brent’s career journey reflects a strong foundation in both technical and sales roles. Beginning as a registered nurse in the operating room, he transitioned into pharmaceutical sales before becoming a wound care consultant.
His career evolved further with his work in advanced decontamination technologies, including vaporized hydrogen peroxide and UVC solutions at STERIS. During his time as a manufacturer’s representative, he collaborated with Trip (our CEO) on cleanroom projects, gaining firsthand insight into the critical role of clean processes and contamination control solutions.

Brent’s professional relationship with Trip began in 2017 and has now come full circle. He was drawn to AVM Group by the innovative vision and growth he observed in the company. Brent is excited to be part of the team that is shaping the future of shielding solutions and looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.

Goals and Vision
Brent is passionate about tackling the unique challenges of radiation shielding projects, and he is eager to position AVM Group as a leader in this specialized field. He plans to leverage his skills in networking, LinkedIn outreach, and trade show engagement to drive growth and elevate the company’s market presence.
Outside of Work
When not advancing shielding solutions, Brent enjoys running 20–30 miles per week, ocean fishing, and spending time with his family. His wife, Tiffany, and their three children—Braden, a senior in Civil Engineering at OU; Bella, a junior in Education at BGSU; and Parker, a high school senior exploring trade school opportunities—are central to his life.
Additionally, Brent’s love of aquariums adds a unique touch to his home with two freshwater tanks, including a 92-gallon centerpiece in his office.
